El líder de cualquier empresa, debe saber combinar varios modelos integrativos como son: la toma de decisiones, la capacidad de contención, y la habilidad de escucha hacia las personas que forman parte de su mismo equipo de trabajo.

Además, resulta de vital importancia que un líder en época de crisis, sepa anteponer a las personas por encima de la economía. No descuidar a los trabajadores es un aspecto que requiere mucha energía.

En esta nueva época, las videollamadas y reuniones virtuales están a la orden del día. Pero, es tan común como problemático el hecho de que, debido a esta forma de trabajo, se pierde conexión con los empleados y no se produce la misma empatía que solía existir anteriormente.

Para que una reunión a través de videollamada sea 100% efectiva, es esencial que no se prolongue más de 30 minutos. Durante la reunión, el líder debe motivar a su equipo para que éste se implique en el discurso que está escuchando.

En definitiva, el valor que más peso tiene en estos tiempos, es la cercanía que cualquier jefe de equipo tenga que las respectivas personas que lo formen. Este factor logrará una conexión mutua y un mayor entendimiento entre ambos.
